JDM Earthworks recognises the potential impacts of our activities on the environment and commits to minimising those impacts by identifying the environmental aspects and impacts of our operations, as per Aspects and Impacts Register, preventing pollution and environmental harm and complying with all relevant legal and other environmental requirements. JDM Earthworks has a commitment to continual improvement and prevention of pollution and undesirable environmental impact, which includes a commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organisation subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.
